Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Click the Service Tab, enter your Confirmation Number. Log in, this page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart and entering in your USA zip code. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. All shipping costs are subject to change due to errors or miss-calculations.
Q: What are your shipping costs for international (out of continental USA) shipments? A: Non USA shipping estimates are not supported at this time on our website, those shipping totals will be emailed to you and billed at order processing. Actual shipping costs are billed with no handling charges.
